Really don’t know how far the fact, ‘keyword in the domain name improves your search engine ranking’ is true, but people love to register a domain name for their online business with keywords in it.
Here are few tips to come up with a domain name.
STEP ONE:
Come up with a short and good keyword or keyphrase by searching here.

Enter your keyword. It will provide you list of related keywords. Choose one.
STEP TWO:
Most probably ‘your_keyword.com’ will not be available as many people register them in bulk for selling them later on. So follow these tips to come up with a brand new domain with your keyword.
Say your keyword is ‘ebook publishing’.
1. Search the dictionary:
You can come up good names this way. You can list out the words like:
central

world
bay
net
tips
……..
Then your domain names will be:

ebook-publishing-path.com
ebook-publishing-world.com

2. Adding numbers:
2 and 4 are used by many webmasters.

3. Different tld extentions:
If .com is not available go with .biz or .net.

It is like a domain name generator. This is a free service that lists out some thousands of domain names. They have advanced search on their web site to refine your search.
Enter your keyword and click on ‘Drop them’ button, you will get many variations of same keyword.
