| | Cougalist is a web based mailing list, the idea is you place some code on your page and allow users to add their email address and be informed of any updates made to your page. Alternatively you place a link to the main script (cougalist.cgi) and from there they can learn about the mailing list and either subscribe / unsubscribe from the list.
