Sends form data to you in an e-mail to the address you specify. Allows required fields. Meaning, if somebody leaves a field blank that you wanted them to fill out, it will tell them. It will also give the name of the field that was required and left blank. The form will not be e-mailed to you until they have filled out all of the required fields. Version: 2.5

| | Advanced form processing script. It can set and retrieve a cookie (for affiliate tracking), send form data to another Perl script, print out the form data selectively in a web page, and email an attached file. Also, it can save the form data (including the tracking cookie), selectively, to a flat file database. It can use PGP to encrypt the form data, OR can weakly encrypt and decrypt credit card information, if your server doesn't have PGP. It can check credit card number basic validity, incorporate a customizable text message into the customer email, and subscribe customers' names and email addresses to a separate flat-file database [a mailing list]. Can be used to bulk-email said customers. Also has limited shopping cart options, in that it can add up prices, add tax and shipping, and display an order-confirmation page, before final processing. | | It's a simple PERL program that can be used for multiple forms. The output only goes into one file, though, so I created the script so it could readily show you where the info from the form came from. By using a simple "hidden" field, with the name "formname", you can use umptizillion forms with this one script, and your output will clearly tell you which form produced the output you're looking at. | | ReadyForm is a Perl script that handles the email messaging of Web form results submitted by visitors to your site. Though this is typically accomplished with existing software from your web host, ReadyForm offers a friendlier, more informative email message and includes a built-in "thank you" page. This program also has support for email programs that thread messages (i.e., put messages with the same subject indented under the first message). It also provides information such as IP address and the type of browser used to access the site. Version: 1.0

| | Everytime a report is made a thank you confirmation is sent to the user who made the report. As a safety to discourage users from submitting reports using a ficticous e-mail address, this thank you confirmation will contain a link to a temporary PID file. When the user clicks the confirmation link, the report is moved from the temp data directory and is e-mailed to you or site admin. If the confirmation link is not clicked, the program will scrub the files at a predetermined period. A report will not be sent by the system unless this confirm link is activated. Version: 1.0

| | This system helps a site owner by screening out users that try to send anonymous distasteful e-mails from bogus e-mail addresses. The contact letter will not be sent to you unless they have clicked on a confirmation link that is sent to them. If not clicked, an "auto_scrub" sub-routine will unlink or delete the PID file after a pre-set time. If the confirmation link is clicked or entered into a browser URL bar and activated, a thank you screen is returned to them informing them that their letter has been sent on to you and the program will then unlink or delete the PID and thru server sendmail it sends you their contact letter.
