 BrightSupport | BrightSupport currently allows you to add/edit/delete departments and staff from the admin control panel. The staff are then allowed to open, close, and respond to open tickets to the departments they have permission to. Also included is a Brain Center which is much like an FAQ area that the admin can build from the admin panel. Clients can open tickets and rate the staff on how much they helped. Also supports bbcode and emoticon. Many more features to come. Requires PHP and at least one MySQL database.
