 Process Doctor | The Process Doctor will monitor a Unix/Linux server for runaway processes. This server tool is a must for virtual hosts that allow cgi scripts on their server. The Process Doctor requires root access for installation. The script runs as a daemon in the background, monitoring CPU and memory usage of individual processes. If a process exceeds the threshold settings, the process will be monitored. As time passes you will be notified via email, or the process can be automatically killed based on your settings.
